Position Overview: 
 
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Agent to join our Property Management Department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our property management services. The Business Development Agent will be responsible for driving revenue through lead generation, client engagement, and strategic partnerships.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·         Research and identify potential clients within the property management industry through online platforms, databases, and networking events.
·         Develop a targeted list of prospects and create an outreach plan to engage them effectively.
·         Initiate contact with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
·         Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives to tailor property management solutions and services accordingly.
·         Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
·         Present our property management offerings to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
·         Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
·         Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
·         Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, property developers, investors, and other industry professionals to expand our referral network.
·         Collaborate with team members to identify and leverage partnership opportunities that contribute to business growth.
·         Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
·         Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve our property management offerings and strategies.
·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM software.
·         Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecast.
·         Qualifications:
·         High school diploma or equivalent 
·         Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer relationship management within the property management or real estate sector.
·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
·         Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
·         Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
·         Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
·         Knowledge of property management principles, rental market dynamics, and industry regulations is a plus.
·         driving license and own car will be a big plus.
