Today Key One Realty Group proved once more their expertise and presence in the region’s property market is stronger than ever as they were awarded an Arabian Property Award 2020-21 for “Best Real Estate Agency and Marketing” in Dubai.
The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.
An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.
After competing against the best property professionals across the Arabian regions, they were recognized in the “Best Real Estate Agencies” category.
This year’s ceremony unfortunately had to be held only in a virtual format due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, but this didn’t stop nominees and winners from celebrating from their respective offices, and Key One Realty Group was no exception.
Diana Magariu, founder and owner of Key One Realty Group (established in Dubai since 2006) gave a heartfelt speech remarking that “It feels incredible to have your efforts recognized by industry leaders” and that “(…) This award does not change our commitment and dedication though gives us a greater reason to continue to believe in ourselves”.
She also referred to the current market situation by stating “Despite the current challenging economic environment, we are absolutely optimistic about the future of the real estate in the UAE and, in fact, we have been one of the minority real estate agencies that has gone huge into expanding”.

The Arabian Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
The Arabian Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the regions.
